Regardless of the circumstances, exercise is still key to keeping our bodies and minds healthy during this time. If the weather is preventing you from going outside for a jog or if you’re looking to change up your workout, try this fun circuit training routine that we’ve been doing at home. The best part? You can modify it however you like!

If you don’t have dumbbells, modify some of these workouts by doing push-ups or row your arms while doing a superman stretch. We’ve been swapping out or adding in variations to ensure we stay engaged every time.
